CAEPC Member Meetings
Meetings are generally held on the first Monday of every month at the Gainey Ranch Golf Club, from October through May, with the exception of the Spring Golf and Banquet event held in April. Please view the Event Calendar tab for meeting details. While regular educational meetings are not typically scheduled from June through September, social events and ad-hoc educational meetings may occur.

All CAEPC educational events are intended to qualify for continuing education for all member disciplines, including special pre-approval for credit for CFP and CLU members and guests.
Guidelines followed for quantifying professional educational programming, include:
- Sign in sheets
- Certificates as required
- At least 50-minute learning presentations
- Topics relevant to the practice
- Recognized & credible speakers
- Electronic outlines and materials
- Records of above retained in archives

Emerging Professionals' Group
The Emerging Professionals' Group (EPG) of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council (CAEPC) focuses on social and educational events for individuals new to the estate planning profession and acclimating such individuals into the CAEPC. EPG events are held throughout the year in the Phoenix metropolitan area and have included happy hour socials, activities, and educational meetings.

December's event is a holiday social and celebration, open to all members and one guest per member. It has proven to be a great way to wind down the year amongst friends and business associates. Access event details through the Event Calendar tab.
Half Day Program & Ice Cream Social
February's meeting moves from an evening dinner format to a half-day learning event starting with lunch and taking a break for the popular Ice Cream Social. Up to 4 hours of continuing education; the event begins at 11:00 a.m. and concludes at 4:30 p.m. Access event details through the Event Calendar tab.
April's spring event is always held after the tax filing deadline out of respect for our Associate Members who are engaged in the tax preparation and filing profession.
