Meetings are typically held the first Monday of each month at the Phoenix Country Club, 2901 North Seventh Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85014, 602-636-9824.
The exceptions to this schedule will be:

Meetings are networking and educational meetings.  The typical meeting agenda is:
5:00 pm Cocktails
5:45 pm Dinner
6:30 pm Program Commences
7:30 pm Adjourn

Cost and Reservations

Cost is free to CAEPC members.  Guests are welcome although there is typically a guest charge of $75. 

CAEPC accepts checks and visa or master card.  Payment must be received with reservation in order to ensure a dinner seat is available.  DO NOT send credit card numbers via email.  If you are paying a guest fee via credit card, FAX is recommended.

Make your reservations via email at info@caepc.org or by FAX 480-922-5283 no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on the Thursday before the meeting.  This is the latest that we can submit our attendance list.  Those who make their reservations after the cutoff time cannot be guaranteed a seat for dinner.

When making a reservation, please include the following information:

  • Telephone number

  • Your Firm Name
